As per reports, the actor had to undergo several rounds of checkups.
Media is always on the watch for getting information on the lives of celebrities and passing on them to the audience. Moreover, when it comes to an iconic figure like Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, reporters leave no stone unturned to compete to be the first one to spread details, minor or major. In this quest of information, sometimes, they ad spices and publicize things which have actually not occurred. Same incident took place recently.
The epitome of success, Shri Amitabh Bachchan, had to be admitted in Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai, on 12th November, 2019, Tuesday at 2 a.m., due to a liver issue which dates back to the Hepatitis B virus that had caught his system during transfusion when the megastar had got injured in a near-fatal accident in 1982, on the staff of movie ‘Coolie’. The most active social media user, Big B, had to stay in a special room, equivalent to an ICU, for almost four days. As per reports, the actor had to undergo several rounds of checkups. However, assurance was given by the hospital authorities that they were all routine check-ups and not an issue of worry.
Unfortunately, during this period, newspapers, television and social media got flooded with unsubstantiated rumors that the Sholay fame, has been urgently hospitalized due to a serious deteriorating liver condition, showcasing it as an alarming situation.
On 18th October 2019, the superstar on his blog finally broke his displeasure. He conveyed his sincere thanks to all his well-wishers and fans for their constant love, prayers and speedy recovery messages.
Greeting a sea of fans, the legend of Indian cinema, also urged everyone to respect others’ privacy and not commercialize someone’s’ health conditions, surpassing ethicates and professional standards. He sarcastically commented that ailments and medical conditions are confidential personal rights, irrespective of the individual being a public figure. Exploitation of an individual right by anybody, may it be another person or professional body and its attempted commerce is to be viewed as a social illegibility.
In utter polite words, he requested everybody to give respect and requisite understanding to professional documentation, again humbly thanking his endless list of followers, fans and well-wishers.
