With much uncertainties; It is expected that ‘Tenet’ May get its openings in Europe this Summer
Christopher Nolan’s Spy thriller to release from 26th August, over 70 countries.
It has been more than four months, there has been no theatrical release from Hollywood and still there are possibilities that situations may continue. Although some of the movies were released through online streaming platforms and this time the most awaited spy thriller "Tenet" is having some mixed announcement concerning its release.
The movie was already delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic and now there has been some positive news about its release. The movie can be seen over 70 countries from August, 26 and will be releasing in some selected cities of the US during weekends of Labor Day. There is still no clear information that which cities will be those and the viewers have to wait for that. The movie can be enjoyed overseas as it will hit first there, while the US audiences will have to wait for some time to see it.
The release of the movie has some good news for theatre operators as with such a big movie like Tenet they will be having a comeback after being closed for a long time. Some are already ongoing with strict norms having limited capacity and other safeguard measures. But still most of the cinemas have remained closed. The AMC and Cineworld movie theatre have also shifted their reopening dates from July end to mid of August.
Talking about the movie, Tenet is a spy drama movie under the direction of Christopher Nolan. Emma Thomas and Christopher Nolan are the producers and it stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Dimple Kapadia, Elizabeth Debicki, Michael Caine, and Kenneth Branagh. The movie is written by Nolan and this took around five years to get in final shape.
