Elnaaz Norouzi came forward in protest Against Iran "Morality Police"
Women have right to wear as per their wish- Says Iranian actress Elnaaz Norouzi.
Elnaaz Norouzi is an Iranian actress known for working in the Netflix series Sacred games. A recent protest has been going against Iran's "morality police". The actress is the next person who joined the protest. She took her social media account to join the protest by uploading a video of her showing the right of women to wear as per their wishes.
In the video, she is seen wearing layers of clothes and removing each layer she wanted to explain what she wants to wear and no one has the right to stop her. Along with the video she posted that no matter from where a woman belongs, she has the right to wear what she likes. No man or other woman have the right to judge her.
She further wrote that democracy is for everyone. Women have the power to decide what they want to wear. It’s their body and they have the right to wear what they want. She explained that she is not promoting nudity, just promoting the freedom of choice.
Many people have come forward against the Islamic strict dress code for women. This protest was initiated when an Islamic woman was picked by the morality police in Tehran who was found in breach of the Islamic dress code and was found dead after a few days.
