1. What is the real name of Prabhas?
You will be amazed to hear the real name of your favourite actor. His full name is Venkata Satyanarayana Prabhas Raju Uppalapati. Oh! Such a big name, but yes it’s his real name. His parents name is U Suryanarayana Raju and Siva Kumari and Chennai is his birthplace. He has two siblings and he is also the nephew of actor Uppalapati Krishnam Raju. Prabhas is well known as Rebel Star and he has received this title from his uncle Krishnam Raju. He received this name due to his unique and his rebellious acting style. However, he is called by some nicknames also like Prabha, Pubsi and Mr Perfect.

He works hard for his films and for his movie Baahubali, he went under strict diet for three years. He had strict training and workout schedules to get that great look and shape for the movie Baahubali. Gaining and losing weight is tough, still under rigorous manual labour, he managed it very appropriately with extensive training. During the movie Baahubali, he was trained by Lakshman Reddy who has won the title of Mr.World in the year 2010. For his character in Baahubali, he put on weight of about 100 kg to play the role of solider. He was on a strict diet during that period to maintain his physique.

His Favorite Food is biryani and during his diet period when he was given a break from the strict plan, his first preference used to be biryani. It was said that the actor had 15 different types of biryani during his breaks from the strict diet plans at the time of Baahubali.

The actor loves to watch Bollywood movies. His favourite movies are Munna Bhai MBBS and 3 Idiots. He has watched these movies more than 20 times. He love movies made by Rajkumar Hirani. Telugu film is Bhakta Kannappa is his all-time favourite movie that has his uncle Krishnam Raju and it released in 1976. In Hollywood, he is a fan of actor Robert De Niro.

It is said that the actor loves to play Volleyball. During the preparation of his role in Baahubali, he used to play this game as a part of exercise and slowly he loved this game so much that, he built a court in his home so that he play it as and when he wants.
