The Lion King Movie Review:
Love for animated movies shall never end, no matter how big banner comes to the screen. Animated movies are loved by every age group audiences and the same impact was seen for the animate movie ‘The Lion King’. The movie is live-action that revolves around Simba, who is son of the Lion King Mufasa and how he discovers himself. The father Mufasa prepares his son to be the next king of the Jungle. But due to conspiracy of uncle Scar, Mufasa died and Simba grows in another place.
Meanwhile Scar becomes the king and this way the story has some twist and turns bout what Simba does. The story is also much related to the real world and the ideologies. The politics are depicted by the characters Scar and Hyenas, while the weaker sections are depicted by Timon & Pumbaa.
The ways animated characters are transformed into live characters are really breathtaking. The film stars the voices of Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, Eric Andre, Keegan-Michael Key, Chiwetel Ejiofor, JD McCrary, Alfre Woodard, Beyonce Knowles-Carter, John Kani, Billy Eichner, John Oliver, Florence Kasumba, Shahadi Wright Joseph as well as James Earl Jones. The voices behind the characters are well casted.
The dialogues between Timon and Pumbaa would be worth watching. The part of John Oliver as the character Zazu has also had a great impression. The only thing that seems to be different was the voice of Ejiofor as Scar. It lacks his natural voice. Also, there were many views that the characters lack the actual facial expression. Taking note on the songs, they match with the animation and the expressions are as good and genuine.
