Aarya Movie Review:
The web series Aarya is well known for a great come back of actress Sushmita Sen. Audience showered love and appreciation for her and the way she has done the role is awesome. The series is a crime drama co-created by Ram Madhvani and based on the Dutch drama series Penoza by Pieter Bart Korthuis. Sushmita Sen is placed at the centre.
The series is divided into 9 episodes and not a single episode will let you to leave your seat. The series begins with showcasing the life of Aarya, where she is portrayed as a loving wife, a mother, a caring daughter and a sister.
The things were going well in her life, but it was hardly hit when her husband Tej Sareen, the role of which is played by Chandrachur Singh was shot dead. Later she came to known that he was involved in drug business and the story turned into a crime thriller sequence. The series has much about Aarya's parents who are separated, and father having an affair, her bride-to-be sister, the children who are having their own stories etc.
Aarya's (Sushmita sen) then turns into a robust woman and goes limitless to protect her family form the clutch of wrong people who were dealing with her husband in the illegal medications business. Talking about the performances, Sushmita being in the lead role has fully justified it. The other characters such as Khan, Daulat, Zorawar and Arundhati are done well.
The overall cast is superb. The dialogues have added on to the same and they are perfectly delivered. Even small details are given importance. When some of the series such as Pataal Lok was doing well, this series also gave a reason for the audience to enjoy something different.
