Bandish Bandits

In the line of web series, one of an awesome romantic drama web series with a fusion of classical Indian music is 'Bandish Bandits' on Amazon Prime Video. The hard work of Amritpal Singh Bindra and Anand Tiwari created a fresh and original web series with a great combination of classical, pop and fusion music. The star cast has some awesome actors like Nasiruddin Shah, Atul Kulkarni, Sheeba Chaddha.

The actors in lead Shreya Chaudhary as Tamanna who played the role of pop singer and Ritwik Bhawmik as Radhe (classical singer) showed up a good chemistry. Kunal Roy Kapoor and Rahul Kumar added fun factor to the series. The story is about a musical Gharana which has a tradition of classical music, Samrat Rathod ( Nasiruddin Shah) holds absolute command of his family and is being addressed as pandit ji. The series shows the beauty of classical music and it's important.

It is the story of Radhe who wants to take his family tradition of classical music to the commercial world and the difficulties he faces, as his grandfather wants him to sing in a traditional way. But his life takes a twist with the coming of Tamanna. 

Tamanna's 'chichore' blandishments were more than a fusion, with the clash between traditional music and pop. The series is a full package of classical, pop and fusion music with some of legendary singers Pt. Ajoy Chakrabarty, Javed Ali, Shivam Mahadevan and Shankar Mahadevan. Its unique music is given by Shankar Ehsan Loy. The lyrics are really good with the lyrics of Bandhish written by Sameer Sawant.

The overall review of the series is impressive, the music is amazing. The romance in the story was a bit faster but catches your eyes because of the vibrant locations of Rajasthan. If you are a music lover, you will like the series.
