Shershaah

Indian cinema has portrayed many Indian solider in movies. Shershaah is yet another movie that is based on the real-life story of a brave Indian soldier - Capt. Vikram Batra. The movie has portrayed most of the parts of life when he was serving India, especially during Kargil War in 1999. His different shades have been presented in the movie from a determined child who wishes to be a soldier to the strong spirit who kills the enemies to protect the country.

The star cast includes Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Shiv Pandi and Nikitin Dheer. Talking about the performance, Sidharth Malhotra as Vikram Batra has completely justified the role. The actor has done shooting in tough situations to bring the feel on the screen. The aura of the hero has been beautifully created by Sidharth. On the other hand, Kiara is playing the role of Dimple who is Sardarni and love of Vikram. She is good at her part. The other supporting actors also have performed well in the movie. The action and war scenes have a good impact and they have given a real war-like atmosphere.

Director Vishnu Varadhan has picked up some of the great and memorable instances from Kargil War. The songs are a mix of some romantic and patriotic numbers. The music has further complimented the same.

The movie is certainly up from the various war drama movies and once it is watched, the audience can imagine the real war situations and what the soldier do is very tough at that time for shake of the countrymen.  The movie has kept the audience engaged right from the beginning. The movie is surely a tribute to the brave soldiers who have sacrificed their lives for the safety of the citizens of India.
