Salman Khan Decides To Produce Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali

The latest buzz going around Bollywood circles is that Salman Khan will be producing the Hindi movie, “Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali” (KEKD). Farhad Samji will be the director of this movie. Farhad was the dialogue writer of Salman Khan’s movie ‘Ready’, so he has experience of working with Salman. Pooja Hegde will be in a lead role. Rofique Khan, Parth Siddhpura, and Anish Lovo are the other actors in the movie. KEKD will be released in cinema theatres on December 30th 2022. It is expected that the shooting of the movie may begin on May 9th this year. 

Salman’s company, SKF Films, has taken the responsibility of producing the movie. Earlier, it was decided that Sajid Nadiadwala would be the producer of KEKD, but later the decision was changed and now SKF Films will produce it. Salman and Sajid are good friends and treat each other like family. Salman was eager to begin the shooting of KEKD. Sajid expressed his desire to be a part of the scriptwriting process. Both Salman and Sajid differed in their opinion, and they jointly decided that Salman would produce the movie. 

People are expecting Salman to have Sajid in the movie as a joint producer. But nothing is certain until now. Sajid might want to work alone. However, one thing is certain: Salman Khan’s production company is going to handle the production operations of KEKD. The movie is a social comedy. Salman Khan has asked Devi Sri Prasad to work on the music. Devi Prasad had provided the music for the movie “Pushpa”, and it was a great hit. Pushpa was made in Hindi and Telugu both. 

A set has been established for the shooting of KEKD at Panvel. It was Sajid who had established the set. The set is near Salman Khan’s farmhouse in Panvel. Previously, a set was built in the Filmcity helipad but it was destroyed and rebuilt in Panvel.
