Srushti Tawade is one of the emerging talents in rapping. She got recognition for her outstanding performance in a TV reality show “MTV Hustle 2.0.” She is just 23 and at this age also she is a well-known star. Srushti Tawade belongs to Mumbai and being a Mumbai girl; from childhood itself, she had a love for rap and pop culture. She completed her early education from National English High School and graduation from SNDT Women's college.  She has done Masters in English. She has given lyrics in songs such as 'Chill Kinda Guy' and 'Main Nahi Toh Koun'. She used to post her rap videos over social media platforms and expand her work. Apart from rapping, she is also a writer, poet, and satirist. Before the lockdown period, she also appeared in many poet competitions.

Srushti Tawade did her first open mic called ‘Choohe Billi' in collaboration with ‘Indie Habitat’ in the year 2021. She also won the talent hunt show Spotlight Chapter 4 hosted by RJ Roshan. She is very fond of poems and Shayari and earlier she used to send poems and Shayari to people on dating applications. 

Srushti Tawade’s Main Nahi Toh Kaun was a popular rap. It received huge appreciation from the audience. She has performed this rap in five different languages English, Hindi, Haryanvi, Marathi, and Bengali. She said that performing the same in such language is just like a dream come true for her. She always used to talk about her journey as a rapper, she said that she used to make fun of her and even roast the other contestant on the show. 

Srushti Tawade’s one of most popular raps was called ‘Bachpan’. In the said rap she narrated her childhood story when she faced domestic violence during her childhood. In the rap, she said that she was badly treated by her babysitter at the age of 4 when her parents were working. The babysitter used to beat her and threaten her. The said rap touched the audience and was very popular. In the year 2022, she was featured in a music video called ‘OFFICE’. The same was written by Srushti Tawade and directed by Anubhav Kashyap. The music video is made on this beautiful topic. It is about the desires and dreams of people which are buried under the pressure of today’s corporate working style. She is also called ‘Chhota Don’ and ‘Expression Queen’.
