Ankita Lokhande recalls Sushant in the eve of Makar Sankranti

On the eve of Maker Sankranti, kite-flying is a tradition in India. While many people celebrate it in their own way by spending time with their loved ones and enjoy kite flying games. In the same way, actress Ankita Lokhande who got popular in the household as Archana of Pavitra Rishta, celebrated Makar Sankranti with the kids and her mother and also recalled Sushant through playing the background music of his film Kai Po Che.

Recently, Ankita posted a video on her Instagram, where she was enjoying kite-flying with the kids and her mother in the park but in some moment she sat and look like she was remembering something. This video is accompanied by the Kai Po Che movie song ‘Ruthe Khwabon Ko Mana Lenge’ which was also the debut movie of Sushant.

Anita also captioned the video by saying that she still gets goosebumps when she listens to this song and added what a film and what a journey with so many memories. 

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput had played the role of Manav in the Pavitra Rishta from where Ankita and Sushant became good friends and on the set of Jalak Dikhla Jaa they became a couple. But this relationship didn’t stay do long and in the year 2016 they broke up. When this film was premiered in the year 2013, Ankita and Sushant were in a relationship which now is only a memory. 

Last year, Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide in his flat whose case inquiry is still going on. When Ankita heard about Sushant's death she was very sad and always tried to support his family in all the way she could. They may not share a relationship of love but they were good friend of each other.

For now, Ankita is in a relationship with Vicky Jain.
