Early life
Chris Evans father was a dentist and his mother Lisa Evans was the artistic director at the Concord Youth Theater. He is of half British and half Italian descent and was raised in Sudbury, Massachusetts. He is the eldest brother of two sisters and one brother. His younger brother Scott is also an actor who played the role of Oliver fish in the daytime soap opera One Life to Live.

Chris Evans made his acting debut with a short education video named “Biodiversity: Wild About Life! ” in the year 1997. In the year 2000, he made his television debut with the comedy-drama Opposite Sex. After that, he got his big break in the film “Not Another Teen Movie” in the year 2001. The actor has never looked back since then, he has done amazing work in films like Sunshine (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010), Snowpiercer (2013), and Gifted (2017).
Though Chris Evans's “Captain America” is the most talked about role in his entire career, he was a little sceptical about portraying that role and denied it thrice before giving it a thumbs up. This big opportunity opened the door for great lead chances for him in big films.
