Mark Ruffalo is of Italian descent. Mark Ruffalo faced a lot of issues while growing up and had quite a troublesome life. His father was into construction and his mother was a hairdresser. He has two sisters and one brother who unfortunately died in 2008. In his early childhood days, he suffered from Dyslexia and ADD which causes difficulty in reading to people suffering from it. Even though he was struggling with all these issues, he like his father was a wrestling champion in his school.
Mark Ruffalo spent a decade working as a Bartender and later took acting classes at the Stella Adler’s Conservatory in LA. Acting Career
Mark Ruffalo made his acting debut with the famous TV series CBS Summer Playhouse. Before making it big in Hollywood, Mark did a lot of minor roles in different films like The Dentist(1996), SafeMen(1998), Ride with the Devil(1999), and other films from the late ’90s. His interest in plays and theatre grew when he met the famous writer Kenneth Lonergan, who is again a renowned Screenwriter, Director, and Playwright. This meeting brought him opportunities to appear in several plays written and directed by him.
The collaboration with Lonergen also helped him to grab roles in the films like You Can Count On Me where his performance was highly appreciated.

Mark Ruffalo is one of the few actors who got nominated for the Oscars, Golden Globe, and Academy Awards. His filmography shows how versatile he is as an actor.
