The charming actor has completed his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington and came back only with one dream of being a great actor and working in Indian movies. Early Life

Sunder Singh Bhavnani and Chand Burke, his grandparents came from Karachi, Sindh, and moved to Mumbai at the time of partition and made their happy little family there. He also has a sister named Ritika Bhavnani and actress Sonam Kapoor is Ranveer Singh’s maternal second cousin. Singh being a kid always wanted to become an actor and used to participate in Plays and debates conducted by the school. Besides acting, he was also a good dancer while he was young that surely helped him reach the heights he is at these days. Ranveer Singh joined theatre as well along with his studies and after moving to Mumbai, he worked as a copywriter in an advertising agency.

Acting career

It was in the year 2010 that Ranveer Singh went for an audition and this got him his debut movie (Band Baaja Baaraat) and the lead role in that movie which wasn’t necessarily a great commercial success but it got him the award “Best Male Debut”. He is known for a variety of roles and is extravagantly good in anything he does with sheer perfection. Be it a wedding planner, a tyrant, or a Casanova, he is outstanding in every sphere. 

All that he has today is because of his talent and is not an outcome of his legacy. He has a great choice when it comes to movies and his roles are the ones that no one else can do better than him. Roles like Allauddin Khilji and Peshwa bajirao are some of the names that exemplify that he is a powerhouse and can put a tremendous amount of energy to make his role a success. Ranveer Singh also received the award for the best actor for his violent and dreadful role in Padmaavat and his wife Deepika Padukone could not stop herself and burst into tears having seen this.
