Kiara Advani to play a lead role in Karram Kurram; a Success Story of Lijjat Papad
The next movie of Ashutosh Gowariker will have Kiara Advani in epic role.
Yet another success and inspiring story of a women group will be entertaining the audience is the success story of popular “Lijjat Papad”. The film is named as Karram Kurram and is based on the how a women and her group initiated a small work of making papad and other homemade food items to earn their livelihood. The story is how she turned up as successful women and grows her business with a small co-operative organisation and achieves a monopoly over the said product market.
The first choice for the lead role in the movie by Ashutosh Gowariker is Kiara Advani. The story revolves around the women which will be played by the Kiara who with a group f six women started Shri Mahila Griha Udyog. Later it grew in such a way that it created a monopoly over the products and become a great source of providing employment to the women in the rural areas. The story is no doubt about women empowerment and their success from the old days how they became self independent.
The movie will be produced by Sunita Gowariker and will be co-directed by Glen Baretto and Ankush Mohla. Apart from this, no other information has been disclosed by the makers. The upcoming movies of Kiara are Indoo Ki Jawani which is based on the story of a girl who gets involved in some misadventures due to a dating app.
The other projects on which she is working are Jug Jugg Jeeyo. The star cast includes Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor and Neetu Singh. Shershaah is the other opposite Sidharth Malhotra. She will be appearing with Kartik Aaryan in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
