Discover Shah Rukh Khan's surprising daily habits: he hits the sack at 5 AM, and sustains himself on just a single meal!

The King Khan of Bollywood, Mr. Shah Rukh Khan has recently disclosed his sleep schedule & gym routine and further explained his preference for just a single meal every day.
The fact that actor Shah Rukh Khan, the King of Bollywood, often stays up late is something that his millions of followers are well aware of. However, did you know that the actor just has one single meal every day & never skips a workout, even in case it is just for 30 minutes? Well, on a recent interview, Shah Rukh just talked about his daily schedule and stated that he only has a single meal a day since it is his preference rather than because he observes intermittent fasting. 

"Usually, I go to sleep at around five in the morning," and I go to bed when American actor Mark Wahlberg gets up. After this, in case I am doing any shoot, I wake up around 9 or 10. However, I will return home at around 2 in the morning, take a bath, & work out before turning in for the dark.
 

"I was an athlete when I begin working in the field. My whole life, I wanted to be 6-pack, wear a white vest, be holding a gun in my hand, be with a lady, as well as have blood on my face. Shah Rukh remarked, "I had a dream where I entered a room, and someone said, 'Who are you?' & I shot them." Recently, the actor also received the Pardo Alla Carriera award during the 77th Locarno Movie Festival in Switzerland. SRK chuckled as he talked about how much he loves receiving accolades as well as attending award-based ceremonies. I have no shame at all in this because honoring is something that I totally love. I absolutely love the ceremony. Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in the film to be directed by Sujoy Ghosh, titled *King*, which he has announced at the Locarno Film Festival. His daughter Suhana Khan is also expected to travel along with the actor in the film, while Abhishek Bachchan will be seen playing the villain part.
