Thereafter she made a smashing comeback on TV as “Soumya” on Shakti after a long interval. The actress has done a fantastic job as transgender. It is believed that she has totally justified with this role. The talented actress broke stereotypes by playing a transgender in 'Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki' and is getting really excellent reviews for her strong performance. But, I am so dedicated and in love with my show that I do not see anything of that sort happening in future. It is pure rumour and I am denying it."
Although she has denied the same, but if this might happen, it is assumed that no other actress can turn out the character in the way she has done. The fans will surely miss her seeing as 'Saumya' in the show.
