Abhishek is a city boy and takes up the job of Gram Sachiv. He doesn’t find a good job opportunity and decides to work in a village called Phulera. It is a small rural village where the husband of the Pradhan does the work in the panchayat instead of the pradhan herself. He performs all tasks that are supposed to be done by the lady pradhan. This is the reason he is named as pradhan pati.

The Pradhan Pati of the village often discharges his frustration on Abhishek. Each episode of the series runs for half an hour. Abhishek is entangled in a village life between the crazy natives and starts preparing for CAT in the hope of a better future so that he can quit the village job.
